When people are finished skiing, hiking, biking or running in our beautiful year-round resort town, they arrive with a hungry belly growling for our signature entrees, specials, salads, drinks and more and we don’t disappoint!

Do You Need More Reasons?
You will prepare cuisine, not just food. If you like the sound of sesame crusted cold rare tuna with sriracha aioli or maybe arugula salad with black mission figs are more your style. You know you can’t go wrong with an all-natural premium hand-cut rib chop, grilled medium, roasted peach jam, sharp cheddar grits and port wine demi-glace. Is all this talk of delicious cuisine making you hungry to apply?

Apply if You:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or comparable position.

Some education in culinary arts or certification, preferred.

Experience in kitchen staff management.

Can thrive and execute in a very busy environment.

Have solid skills and knowledge of ingredients and techniques used in a professional kitchen setting.

Are consistently punctual and we can depend on you to be at work on schedule.

Have a Food Handler Certificate (preferred).
Here Are the Essentials:
-
Collaborate with the Chef Sean and Nate in the design of menus offering unique, creative American cuisine using the finest and freshest local ingredients.

Prepare seasonal cuisine and unique seafood and game meat specials according to carefully designed recipes.

Interact with the Chef Sean and Nate to ensure food is prepared and delivered timely while meeting high standards and expectations.

Assume the role of Head Chef in his absence.

Participate in managing and training kitchen staff.

Collaborate with management team on matters affecting the kitchen and restaurant.

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Other Important Stuff to Know:

$1,500 Sign-One Bonus (1/2 upon hire, 1/2 after 90 days good performance)

Work Schedule is: 4 or 5 days/week 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm, though hours do vary with business volume

Pay: $50,000-59,000 annualized
