Climbing the culinary ladder, one chop at a time? Yes, maybe?

Chop, chop. We’d love for you to start the climb in this entry-level cook role where no experience is needed to get started. You’ll be working alongside our Chef and team to chop and prepare ingredients for salads, desserts and entrees like Shrimp & Scallop Fra Diavolo or WAIT FOR IT...Antelope Meatballs! Yowzah!, Don't be scared off! WE WILL TRAIN YOU for all the skills you need to assist in the preparation of these amazing, popular and unique dishes.

Stuff you will do…
-
Prep and chop vegetables and fruits, mash potatoes and assist with other food preparations.

Plate salads with unique and creative ingredients.
-
Plate desserts and garnish with fresh fruit, sauces and other decorative ingredients.

Monitor stock and replenish items as needed.
-
Maintain cleanliness of station and equipment.
-
Carry and lift up to 50 lb. bags and boxes of food and supplies in preparation of carrying out responsibilities.
There’s likely more as with any job but you get the picture.
Some must-haves to qualify…

Restaurant experience preferred, but if not, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Ability to chop, prepare and plate food in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to learn food plating techniques and follow instructions.

Ability to understand and follow health and safety rules in a professional kitchen.

Ability to stock and organize food, ingredients and supplies.
-
A strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions.
The Physical Stuff

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in heat-sensitive environment
